To implement the financial counselling services your client will first need to attend a brief assessment interview with our Clinical Psychologist who will confirm the need for this service and in most cases prepare a treatment plan proposal by completing an OCF-18. Once the OCF-18 is submitted to the insurer and pending approval of the expense, the financial counsellor will visit the client at his or her residence to initiate the service.
